Jiggering About With Carthaginian Transfers 23/08Steve at LBMS has made some adjustments to the way the Carthaginian/Libyan transfers are presented. There are now 4 sheets of 16 different designs per sheet and one sheet featuring 16 of the 'classic Carthaginian' design, and jolly nice they are too. Steve has reworked many of the designs as well as adding new ones to each sheet. The old, 4 design per sheet transfers are no longer available. Take a look here!

Musketeer Miniatures 03/08/10Starting in earnest from 9th August 2010, Gripping Beast are proud to be taking over the day to day running of Musketeer Miniatures. We will be handling the production and sales duties (including shows) and this will free up Musketeer Bill to do what he does best - sculpt. Bill's currently working on additional packs for his Goths, Caliphates and Inter-War period ranges after which he will be concentrating on his Great Northern War range. He is also planning a massive new range too! Bill will be helping out on the GB stand at all the shows we attend this year so come along and find out what's what.

Making It Easier 27.05.10 To make things easy for our new unit-based army-deal (see Pick Your Own Army Deal below,) we've decided to bring all our unit deals into line regarding pricing and figures per pack. This means that all unit deals inc Polemarch nowl have 24 foot or 10 cav and cost £25 per unit. Pick Your Own Army Deal 27.05.10 We have added an army deal here which allows you to pick any four unit deals from across any of our ranges (choices do not have to be restricted to one range.) We will then add a suitable Army General and Army Standard Bearer plus 8 skirmishers for FREE. All you have to do, once you have hit the buy button and completed the transaction, is send us an email with your name and order number as the title and tell us which four units you would like. UPDATED - Added some conversions using only parts from the plastic Viking sprue, a few wire spears and a sharp knife! Also Chum of The Beast Mike Collington has sent us a picture of a rather nice Viking he has put together and painted. UPDATED 18/05 - Added painted example of the axeman conversion (as seen here) PLUS a painted standard bearer made from parts straight off the sprue.
