German Tribes - Early Saxons
Here are a couple of shots of The Beast's Early Saxon army.
If you look closely you can see figures from across our ranges in the units. The champion drawing his sword is actually a conversion based upon a viking figure that Soapy did for the Mount Badon display game at Salute a few years ago. Nice.Click on the link for an enormous version.

Battle Of Zama - MASSIVE Display Games For GW
With our good chums at Warhammer Historical, we have created a massive Warhammer Ancient Battles display game recreating the Battle Of Zama to help promote the forthcoming Warhammer Ancient Battles Supplement 'Hannibal'. If you pop over to the Warhammer Historical site here you can see pics of the games debut at the fab Claymore show in Edinburgh. However, if you go Here you can see some close ups of the units involved.

Emperor Sherwellinus
Just a quick note to say thanks to all those who entered the Fall Of The West campaign at Games Workshop HQ in lenton. Thanks for entering into the spirit so well and look out for some photos in the gallery shortly! (Oh dear!)
The picture on the right shows the green of the Emperor Sherwellinius uber-limited edition figure (sculpted by the increasingly enigmatic So-P) Everyone who took part in the FOTW Campaign recieved a cast version of this figure. Sherwellinius is now completely unavailable. Bet you wish you'd entered now! Watch out for future events run by the Beast as we are sure to do similar giveaways.
